This will notify us of your driving and licence history. Cost to obtain is $ 12.00.

How to obtain a drivers abstract:

• In person at your nearest Service Ontario location 
• Online, Service Ontario Website

• Be at least 21 years old
• hold a valid Ontario licence other than G1, G2, M, M1 or M2
• have fewer than 6 demerit points on your driving record
